Paul Hajduk
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Paul began his over three-decade career in reward consulting at Thomas Cook, where he became Group Head of Reward.
Leveraging this experience, Paul founded Paydata in 1998. Here, he provided guidance to a diverse range of UK businesses, including FTSE 100/250 companies and mission-led organisations.
Now with Amite, Paul hopes to bring pay review processes and reward services into the present. His goal is to integrate these elements into a comprehensive, digital suite tailored for HR and reward professionals.

Drew Hajduk
CO - FOUNDER
Drew has been working in digital design for over a decade. Before joining Amite, Drew progressed through some of the UK's leading digital design agencies as a user experience specialist. He helped brands such as the BBC and Oxfam to define their digital products and experiences.
Drew now manages the day-to-day running of the Amite. From driving the development of new and existing products to managing customer accounts. He makes sure that the business is delivering to a high-quality that addresses business and customer needs.

Jez Hajduk
CO-FOUNDER
Jeremy has undertaken various roles at Amite.
Through consulting on software specifications, building the website, and helping customer implement their systems, he’s worked in front of and behind the scenes. Now he’s focusing in on promoting the products he’s helped to create.
In his spare time, Jeremy is an avid composer and whitewater kayaker. If he’s not in front of the computer making music, you’ll find him on a river somewhere in the UK!
