LHC (Large Healthcare Company for anonymity) is a leading international pharmaceutical retail and manufacturing business headquartered in the United States. They own a suite of major pharmacy chains, as well as several pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution companies.

The business has a rich heritage, dating back to the 1800s. Now they serve millions of customers and patients every day, and in 2022 had a revenue of ~£107 billion.

The Challange

This business had been working with a traditional spreadsheet solution for many years. It was fast becoming a tortuous for a number of reason:
